Man Utd players are ‘tired of Jadon Sancho,’ and the £73M ace will have to fight for the support of the team after the Ten Hag attack

MANCHESTER UNITED players are reportedly becoming “fed up” with Jadon Sancho.

Sancho was left off the matchday roster for the weekend defeat at Arsenal by Ten Hag.

He gave the £350,000 weekly star’s “performances in training” as the reason for the shocking exclusion.

Sancho, 23, responded on social media, claiming that he was being used as a “scapegoat” and that this was unacceptable.

“I will not tolerate people saying things that are completely false, I have conducted myself in training very well this week,” the England international wrote.

“I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won’t go into, I’ve been a scapegoat for a long time which isn’t fair!”

However, ESPN is now claiming that Sancho is finding it difficult to win over his United teammates in the wake of the argument.

They also claim that he needs to put in a lot of effort to win back Ten Hag’s trust.

ESPN quoted a source as saying, “The players have had enough of him.”

Since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2021, Sancho has failed to live up to his £73 million price tag, scoring just 12 goals in 82 games.

Last season, Ten Hag gave Sancho three months off from United so he could improve on his physical and mental health in Holland because the manager was concerneda about the player.

Although he scored against Leeds in his second game back after leaving the team in February, his performance was still far from what was anticipated.

He is now competing with Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, and Marcus Rashford for a starting spot on the wing for United.

Before being fired by Arsenal, Sancho had appeared three times this season as a substitute in the Premier League.

Additionally, his form issues and purported attitude on the practice field have not helped his predicament.

The majority of the Red Devils team respects Ten Hag, on the other hand.

His approach to players is viewed as firm but fair, and he doesn’t make any special accommodations for any particular players.

The way he treated Cristiano Ronaldo last season, eventually removing the five-time Ballon d’Or winner after his explosive interview with Piers Morgan in which he criticized the Dutch manager, was the clearest example of this.

Sancho, a former Manchester City player, came dangerously close to finding a way out of Old Trafford and ending his nightmares.

His deadline-day deal to the Saudi club Al-Ettifaq, however, fell through.

Sancho was wanted on loan by Steven Gerrard’s team, but they were not willing to commit to a £50 million purchase requirement for him the following summer.

Sancho has 23 England caps, although his most recent appearance came under Gareth Southgate in October 2021, just after he joined United.
