Lionel Messi has bought a beachfront mansion with ten rooms, a swimming pool, and two docks.Inter Miami Stadium is approximately 16 minutes away by car.

According to the Equipo Simpkin team of real estate brokerage Compass Florida, Lionel Messi and Antonela Roccuzzo have found a home in the United States.This group advised the family on business transactions.The Argentine striker spent $10.8 million on a beachfront home in Fort Lauderdale, only 16 minutes from Inter Miami Stadium.It is located in Broward County (north of the city).

This estate has roughly 3,200 square meters, two 51-meter docks, a beachfront swimming pool, gym and spa, and an Italian-designed kitchen, according to The Real Deal.It has nine rooms totaling 500 square meters, including the main suite where Messi and his wife stay.

There are also 9 bathrooms and a 3-car garage.The house, constructed in 1988 and renovated in 2000, is located in Fort Lauderdale, about five miles from DRV PNK Stadium and Inter Miami’s training facilities.This magnificent mansion was acquired for $9 million by John and Stacy Dickerson in May of last year, marking a 20% profit in 16 months.

Sergio Busquets, a Spanish midfielder who shared a locker room with Messi at Inter Miami, paid $8.7 million for a beachfront house in Broward County last August.Busi’s house has 660 square meters, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a three-car garage.

Messi’s family spent much time looking for a suitable villa for their home in the United States.They traveled extensively, which was caught by paparazzi cameras.They last saw a piece of real estate in Boca Raton, a city 25 minutes by car from Inter Miami’s stadium, more than a month ago.It is a modern mansion with two stories and a large patio, surrounded by palm trees and next to another house under construction.
