#Owning a 2024 Cadillac XT4 is no longer a pipe dream

Cadillac unveiled its new 2024 XT4 automobile at a sponsored lunch at Merois on the Pendry West Hollywood rooftop. The lively compact moves effortlessly through the streets of Los Angeles. According to Rory Harvey, Global Cadillac Vice President, the “XT4’s balance of dynamic style, drivability, and luxury has made it a favorite.”

The new forward-thinking design is available in a popular exterior color, Radiant Red, as well as three new exterior colors: Emerald Lake Metallic, Midnight Sky Metallic, and Deep Sea Metallic.New interior color and trim options are now available.

New for the 2024 is an eye-catching grille design. Each uniquely shaped cell of the grille is dipped in deep black gloss.

Another striking new design feature is the LED headlamps. The vertical signature lighting integrates sleek refreshed headlamps and daytime running lights.

“The 2024 XT4’s exterior styling — with signature vertical lighting cues and enhancements — advances Cadillac’s design standard,” said Bryan Nesbitt, executive director, Global Cadillac. “Complemented with a redesign of the interior instrument panel, fashionable embroidery patterns on the seating and a feeling of front row spaciousness — the new XT4 is distinctive and audacious.”

‘The clientele purchasing a 2024 Cadillac are conquest customers,’ said Whitney Lewis, Senior Manager, Product and Brand Communications. ‘They are millennials, single or young families coming from different mainstream vehicle brands, such as Chevy or Toyota. About 50% of new Cadillac purchasers are moving up to Cadillac as their first luxury car.’

Cadillac’s Creative Designer, Gary Mack, is pleased with the new interior design. ‘The vibe is more tech forward,’ Mack added. The new 33-inch diameter LED color touchscreen is well received by drivers. It’s similar to the one in the LYRIQ. We moved the IP (Instrument Panel) down and forward to offer the driver more space.’

Wrapped and stitched is the new floating screen design. ‘The contoured vents are crafted from genuine metal. We only use real materials.’

The interior design is determined by the model: Luxury, Premium Luxury, or Sport. The new AKG 14-speaker audio system is well-liked by drivers. The XT4 infotainment system and connectivity functions are built on the new, sophisticated Virtual Cockpit System. Touch and voice commands can access Google’s built-in infotainment experience and Alexa’s built-in features.

Hundreds of standard safety and driver aid technology features contribute to the XT4 being an ideal city car. Blind zone steering help, rear cross traffic braking, and front pedestrian braking with bicycle detection are among the new features.

A lane departure warning is provided by the lane maintain assist. Those who choose for the Active Safety Package on the Premium Luxury and Sport versions will get adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking at intersections, and new speed limit assist traffic sign recognition.

Cadillac assisted aspiring musician Stoop Lee in realizing his dream of ‘Someday I’ll Be Heard.’ They collaborated to enable him hear his music more clearly in the new XT4 immersive AKG 14-speaker audio system. This listening experience provides the driver and passengers with concert-like sound.

The 2024 Cadillac XT4 is manufactured in the GM Fairfax Assembly factory in Kansas, and the vehicles will be available this summer. The starting price is roughly $40,000.
