Manchester United has long been a fan of the 22-year-old, who has four caps for his nation.

But now, in the run-up to the January transfer window, Liverpool will be a formidable rival.

Jurgen Klopp reportedly dispatched scouts to observe Inacio play for Portugal during the most recent international break, according to The Mirror.
