JUDE BELLINGHAM has been presented with a beautiful £155,000 electric BMW as part of Real Madrid’s cooperation with the automaker.
The England international has had an incredible start to life in Spain’s capital, netting 10 goals in ten outings for his new team.
Bellingham can also enjoy benefits off the field, since all Real Madrid players receive a BMW.
As he posed next to his new BMW XM, the 20-year-old smiled.
When he picked it up, he also autographed the back.
Bellingham’s new engine is a 748-horsepower plug-in hybrid SUV.
Real Madrid players received their electric BMWs as part of a new project to make their commutes to training less polluting.
According to a club release, “the football first team received the official BMW cars at an event held at Real Madrid City.”
“This season, the team will use vehicles classified as ‘0 emissions’ in order to be able to make their daily journeys in 100% electric mode.
“The players have opted for models such as the BMW i4 M50, the new BMW i4 eDrive35, the first BMW XM, the BMW iX M60 and the BMW IX xDrive50.
“These are high-performance, sustainable models featuring state-of-the-art technology, all geared towards dynamism, precision and aesthetics, without neglecting electrification.”
On Monday, Bellingham reported for international duty with England.
He could feature for Gareth Southgate’s team against Australia in a friendly at Wembley on Friday night.
.
This week, England manager Gareth Southgate was asked if Bellingham is already the best player in the world.
Southgate, 53, replied: “It’s not a stupid question.
“I haven’t seen everybody and studied everybody playing. All I can say it is he’s at the one of the biggest clubs in the world — arguably the biggest — and he’s playing exceptionally well.
“He’s currently the match winner for them so he’s in a brilliant place.”
