According to Sport Bild, Borussia Dortmund hopes to reunite with Jadon Sancho during the January transfer window.
The German team is willing to consider a possible trade in order to rescue him from his exile at Manchester United.
According to reports, Dortmund is prepared to trade Sancho for Dutch forward Donyell Malen at Old Trafford.
The Bundesliga team’s budgetary constraints prevent them from signing him on a loan or on a cash-only basis.
Malen is run by the same sports agency that made Rasmus Hojlund’s summer transfer to Manchester United possible.
That being said, Malen, who has five goals in 19 appearances for Dortmund this season, has not yet been confirmed as a target for Manchester United.
